This early stage biotechnology company requires a proven executive capable of leading the company into its next phase of growth.

Profile:

Individual with executive managerial experience in the Pharmaceuticals or Biotechnology industries. A strong leader with the ability to bring the company from an academic institutional spin-off with some early commercial growth, to a fully fledged commercial entity with a market leading position. A strategic thinker and decision maker with an ability to get things done and implement a successful strategy. A deep understanding of the dynamics of the biotech industry a important, from finance to partnerships and optimizing IP value. Experience in the oncology fileld an advantage. Extensive network of contacts within the industry and a deal-making focus.

Function:

To establish and implement a successful vision, strategic goals and objectives for the company. To enable the Board to fulfil its governance function. To look at commercially successful deals for the company that will sustain its business model and deliver optimal value. Bring direction and leadership to the company, and build a highly successful team of commercial and scientific professionals. Drive towards philosophy, mission, strategy, goals and objectives of the company.
